One of the major operating costs of any Golf Course is the maintenance of the Playing Turf. The maintenance entails watering, trimming and replanting. It is the replanting, which is the largest amongst these three cost heads. It involves clearing the area of dead grass, killing the weeds with pesticides, clearing the debris and waiting for a few days before seeding and watering.
